US and Canada
  • Business Operating Days and Hours are Monday-Friday 9AM - 6PM Eastern Time.
  • Orders placed on a business day before 4PM Eastern Time will be shipped same day, orders placed after 4PM Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day. 
  • Packages are insured for the value of the shipment.  If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us to facilitate an insurance claim.
  • Signature confirmation can be added to any order for a $4.99 fee.  Please contact us to have this applied to your order.  Any order over $500 will automatically have a signature confirmation required for delivery.
  • Delivery times are only guaranteed for UPS 2nd Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and UPS Next Day Air.
  • Free shipping on orders over $99 with code FREESHIP at checkout.  Free shipping cannot be combined with other promotional codes or coupons.  Customer can select preferred method of shipping discount for shipping costs up to $19.99. 

International Orders

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Abandoned packages due to failure to pay import fees or providing necessary paperwork will not be refunded.
